Please note: For Girth/Torso: Hold tape measure at front of left or right shoulder, take it between legs and run it up the back to return to the spot on the same shoulder creating a loop from where you started on the shoulder - So - down front, between the legs, up the back and returning to spot you started from. 

6. Inseam

(Top of inside leg to ankle)

7. Arm Length

(Arm pit to wrist with arm out straight at 45 degree angle)
