1. Chest - Measure widest part of chest/bustline.

2. Waist - Measure around natural waistline.

3. Hips - Measure around widest part of hips.

4. Armpit to waist - Measure from armpit to natural waistline.

5. Girth - Measure from shoulder, down front, around crotch, and around back up to starting point.

6. Inseam (for unitards)- Measure from crotch to ankle (inside of leg).

7. Arm Length - Measure from armpit to desired length near wrist.
